I am a 52 yr. Old disabled woman, I live in a mobile home that desperately needs a roof,, I have been picking up pieces of it everyday off the ground, is there any grants or companies that could replace it at no cost to me?? After I pay the bills, I barely have enuf money left for food...please, can anyone help me? Am in the Buffalo, N.Y. area...
